Villa Palummera

We stayed at Villa Palummera in August and could not have been happier. If you’re visiting Poseidon or Forio, this place is a gem. The apartments are newly renovated, with great A/C, a kitchenette, and possibly the best shower you’ll have during your entire Italian stay! It’s quiet and off the main road, but still very close to the beach, hot springs, and Forio. The real gem, though, is Guido, your host. He’s so accommodating and helpful that it feels like you have your own full-on concierge for your stay. Do yourself a favor and stay at Villa Palummera!

The apartment was lovely, very clean, quiet and spacious, with a beautiful roof terrace to watch the spectacular sunsets, it had everything we needed for our trip. It was only 15 minutes walk from Poseidon thermal park and a variety of restaurants. Guido greeted us when we arrived, such a lovely man, so helpful and welcoming, he helped us hire a car, book taxis and gave us lots of recommendations for restaurants and things to do. His neighbour Enza collected us from the port and took us back there at the end of our trip. Ischia is a beautiful island and the people are very friendly and helpful. We would recommend you stay at Villa Palummera you won't be disappointed. Thank you so much Guido🙏

It was perfectly located right near the beach, the port, with a secluded property.

The location is great, nice beach on a less then 10 minute walk. Guido helped us with renting a moped for two days which was really nice and was of such great help in general through our entire stay! The sunset is incredible from the roof terrace since the accomodation is located on the west of the island and on a hill. Everything was very clean and modern, which we were really looking for. We would definitely come back!

We didn’t care about it, but be aware that the property is on a steep hill. Which takes about 2 minutes to walk up, but then you get a fabulous view from the accommodation!
