All the staff were excellent, very friendly, polite and helpful, particularly Antari and one young lad, whose name we unfortunately cannot remember! Sadly, we did not get to spend much time at the hotel as we were only there 2 nights and spent most of the time away from Sanur. The pool looked great, but did not get chance to use and the beach was nearby. Plenty to chose from and eat at breakfast - which was very good.
Water leaked from the air conditioning unit, but fortunately they sent someone straight away to fix.

The family suite was lovely and spacious - great for our family of 4. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. My son loved the basketball hoop in the pool.
Breakfast was a little repetitive after a week but all the food was good.

Room size, balcony, shade and constant breeze plus lower temp in complex verses surrounding. Staff friendly and helpful. Noku restaurant, close to Curry Traders (best food & cocktail hour)!!
Gap around the front door frame letting in all the outside scooter and city noise in. Hotel upgrade noise during day (steel grinders). They don't take CC imprint on arrival so all payments are individual e.g drinks (no open tab) & coffees etc creating extra bank fees. No cash payment option... Gym is separate key pass from reception, also pool towels. Guests reserve sun loungers with towels pre breakfast when not using pool, hard to get a good spot, should be a pool rule! No swim no holds.
