The villa was great-spacious, good facilities and the pool excellent. Location was good too as only a short walk to the beach and shops, bars restaurants within walking distance. The gardens are beautiful and breakfast by the main pool was all very relaxed with the birds singing in the trees.

The kitchen in the villa was not very clean. I wouldn't have cooked in there, but we always went out to eat so not an issue.

Wirklich eine Oase der Ruhe, man biegt vom Trubel der Straßen ab und fühlt sich in einer kleinen anderen Welt. Das Personal mega freundlich, zuvorkommend.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Whirlpool, den wir zwar nicht genutzt haben jedoch sehr großzügig. Leider kein Fenster, was wir nicht beachtet haben. Das hat den Nachteil, dass es in dem Zimmer stets „feucht und klamm“ schien. Es war sogar ein Raumlüfter vorhanden, was aber dazu geführt hat, dass es nicht gerade leise war. Das Bad ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, wenn man genauer hinsieht….

The room was spacious and the location of the Hotel is good as just about far away from the busy area.

The room we booked had a jacuzzi and a large bathroom, which were among the reasons we chose it, but unfortunately neither was up to the standard we expected. The jacuzzi in particular needs to be replaced or at least properly refurbished. Many of the jets appeared corroded, and when we switched on the water there was such an unpleasant smell that we decided not to use it at all. The bathroom also had problems with water pressure and the hot water supply. Filling the bathtub took an extremely long time, and maintaining sufficiently hot water was an issue. The soap dispensers also looked very cheap — basically unattractive plastic bottles — and some were almost empty and had not been refilled when the room was serviced. Even the bathrobes were disappointing. They were made from very thin material and felt more like the type of hospital gown you might have been given 30 years ago than the quality of bathrobe you would expect from a hotel of this standard. Overall, the room itself had plenty of potential, but some of the fittings, bathroom amenities and attention to detail are in need of a serious upgrade to match the image and price point of the property. Last thing was that there are only a few sundbed so if you decide to stay by the pool you need to go early and secure a bed.
