It is a nice small hotel. Relatively close to subway station. The staff can speak English well. The room is considered spacious and the floor is completed with heater. They provide washer and dryer for free.

They need to work on the housekeeping.

It is located in a quiet hood right next to Insadong and within walking distance to the subway stations/Gwanghwamun/Myeondong. Hotel has free (detergent provided) self-laundry. We were given a list of recommended restaurants/cafe around the hotel and this helped especially when we were hit with the recent cold snap. Staff were polite.

Housekeeping a little inconsistent for example, forgot to refill the paper spoons. Otherwise, the room is still kept cleaned daily.

I wish I have booked this hotel first. I have only good memories about this hotel. Very cozy, very clean, the sheets are smelling pleasantly. The staff is polite and helpful. Highly recommended!

That was a nice hotel at a great location. The staff was especially helpful which is in a tourist friendly town as Seoul perhaps not so important but makes the journey easier and more comfortable.

The interior of the Hotel is 70’s but clean

Close to subway and cafes. Lots of choices both western and local. Went to a small tent type ( don't know the name) eating place we have seen in many K dramas and wanted to go in. We had soju and beer and delicious omelet. It was just outside the supermarket near the hotel only on certain evenings. The room was clean and very comfortable. Thank you to all the staff who cleaned the room every day🙂

Sunbee had elements of a traditional Korean home with a modern twist and we absolutely loved it. The hotel and our room was clean and comfortable. We also thought it was very nice of the hotel to have a screen next to the elevator showing all the things you can do in Seoul. They also posted the weather daily in the elevator, which again, was helpful. It's also very close to the beautiful hanok cafes, restaurants and commercial hub of Insadong.
