Hostel Haru

clean, near by everything, cozy

1. Cleanliness: staff does an amazing job keeping the place safe. 2. Location: very close to many touristic places such as palaces, shopping food street. 3. The vibes of the hostel: very peaceful and quiet. 4. Staff is very polite and helpful, very special thanks to the security staff, he was very kind to me and helped me out with finding food on my first day. 5. The design and facilities: the pastel calm colours kf the building made the place look very cozy, especially for girls :) every bed had its own TV, so felt like almost a hotel. Plus, we have been provided with new towels on a daily basis.

I liked the hostel very much, some suggestions to improve: 1. I was told by the stuff that rooftop is not available anymore, was a bit sad by that. Would be nice to have it open. 2. It would be nice to add the regular iron, as the steaming iron was not comfy to use. 3. Maybe I missed, but maybe it would be nice to have ramen noodles packages in case people want to enjoy it without going outside. 4. Have a special discount for visitors who come again or stay often at HARU.

Great location and very clean

Bed was noisy … when I move that could wake up roommates !

The shared lounges are beautiful

I stayed in the women only 4 bed room, which is a small room with bathroom and toilet in it. I really wouldn't recommend staying in that room due to the lack of space and the noise you get as soon as someone goes to the bathroom. I was disturbed by very late check-in and showering of other roommates at midnight. Lastly I found it a bit annoying that there was almost never someone present at the lobby for questions or help.
