Breakfast taste was average. Location is ideal.

D’MONDE CLUB : Anyway a good thing to do is the swimming pool and its restaurant that is amazing and defintly not run by the same people . Excellent service ! Very fresh tasty and good food . And very kind service

. When we arrived our room was obviously not cleaned . They would be pack of hair in the bathroom. Towels were missing. They would not clean for 2 days . The food at the breakfast buffet was dusty and not fresh and really not good and the people would obviously serve rather indian than us . Each time asking 3 times anything and they would give my eggs to someone else for instance . We have been both sick with my daughter because of the food. And they would say first it’s because we are western. (I have finished the week at the hospital !! So very nice ! ) They have at least gave us a suite instead of the crappy room . But everyone is rude in this hotel except the door man .

Good room and hotel location, friendly staff. Breakfast could have been more continental but overall a good stay.

The room/suite was huge - If I had been staying for longer, it would have been great to have the space to chill out in the evenings. The staff and the workers at the hotel were very accommodating and very helpful whenever I needed anything. The grounds were immaculate and beautifully maintained and very in keeping with the location.

While it looked good from a distance and seemed to be really quite posh - it was however a little tired in terms of decor and finishing - I think originally it was very splendid, but the years have taken its toll. The other thing that let it down was breakfast - no proper coffee, just instant, which is really disappointing given the ease of making it (or even getting a machine to do it for you). The chef station to prepare omelettes only started at 7.30am which unfortunately was when I really needed to leave to get to my conference on time.

Hotel was quite Clean and house keeping staff were very helpful.

They didn’t check me in to the room that I originally booked. They never told me the reason for not doing so. Room that I located was very cold throughout the day and night. It seemed room AC was not working. After 2 days they offered me to the room that I booked. Lobby manager, Balbir singh was not at all courteous. During breakfast they don’t have book in service any guest come and find their sit at their own. This makes lot of confusion. Felt not valued therefore not returning back again to this hotel.

The hotel was very spacious with plenty of green spaces.

facilities in the bedroom & the bathroom. Light fixtures were hanging off in the bathroom , hardly any toilet paper, no hand towel and only one bath towel for two people. Room was dusty and bed linen wasn’t clean. Restaurant staff were not attentive at all.

Location

There was a mismatch what we expected as five star and what we got! We were , two kids and two adults . They gave us only one towel. The bathroom was not up to 5 star level .

Nothing

Rooms were dirty, found cockrocahes. Staffs were rude. They lack basic sense. No towels, they will take minimum of 1hr to get anything to your room. Bad breakfast
