Friendly and helpful staff. Free bus pass to get in to town. Plenty of car parking and they let us park our car there and extra night which was very kind. Generous sized room
Slightly further away from ortisei town but the free bus was very easy to catch

The staff were friendly, it was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great. It’s located just out of Ortesei main town but there’s a bus stop right in front and with the Val Gardena pass that is provided buses are free which actually worked out better as there’s not much parking in town.

The property was quiet, located right next to the bus station to make it easy to get to and from town and had a good size room.
The hotel is very dated, and is in need of modernisation, there is no atmosphere and we also noted when we stated to wash some of our pots in the sink, the sponge was already heavily used which is very poor. We were also told the tennis was covered with our pass which you receive when checking in however this was actually false when we asked at the tennis centre they said they do not agree to this.
