The staffs are nice.
There was only ONE towel/person. Is it very hard to provide a wash cloth and a towel for my hair? The breakfast lounge is too far.

A nice, clean room with ensuite. An ocean view from the balcony outside.
The room is a little dark which can be improved by opening the front door.

The mattress is good and firm.
The hot water is hot enough and shower tap is powerful.
Staffs are nice
Location is good
The room does not have any facilities. To my opinion, it cannot accommodate 3 people especially the additional bed is awful.
The room size is perfect for 2 people only. We are family of three but the room is too small to accommodate us!
Also there were ants in the room and feels dirty.
