Exceeds all my expectations every time. There is not enough good words I can say about the staff the rooms the hotel. My favourite pace in Marrakesh and my 6th visit and I will return soon. Big shout out to Fatima and Abdul who always make my stay feel like home. You guys make this a great place

The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The location was also great, and the value for money was excellent.

Clean, bright, modern. Some of the staff were excellent, (I’d like to highlight cleaning staff & the Luggage person), but others were lazy & slipshod. Need more training.
Both my husband & I were indisposed during our stay & had to rely on Room Service entirely….it was abysmal. I ordered a bottle of water which took 55 mins plus four calls to Reception before delivery. Not good enough! However they got us a doctor to the hotel in super fast time which was much appreciated.
