The location of the hotel is very good, quite central and a short walk from restaurants and shopping malls. The facilities are satisfactory. The outdoor heated pool is a bonus.

The reception staff is very unprofessional. It took us 30 minutes to check in as 3 staff members couldn't find our reservation and were confused by the fact that we had made two reservations on consecutive days. Finally employee Hanae managed to proceed with our check in. The reception staff misinformed us that dinner would be served at the hotel's main restaurant and when the restaurant wouldn't open kept telling us that it would open later and later only for the restaurant staff to finally inform us that it would not open at all. The food at the hotel's Italian restaurant is completely unsatisfactory.

The hotel reception staff is very unprofessional. At check in 3 people at reception couldn't find our reservation and it took us 30 minutes to check in from the moment we got to the desk. We had made two reservations on consecutive days and this totally confused the reception staff. An honorable mention to reception employee Hanae who somewhat sorted things out. The reception staff further informed us that dinner would be served at the hotel's main restaurant and kept telling us that it would open later and later only for the restaurant staff to inform us that it would not open at all. The food at the hotel's Italian restaurant is completely unsatisfactory.

Polite staff. Nice breakfast 🥞

Pretty much everything. The pool area is top notch with a cold and warm pool. I was swimming every morning at 8am and the breakfast choice was fantastic.

Nothing in particular. Perhaps the room decor was a little corporate but the bathrooms were luxury so no real gripe.

Le rapport qualité/prix est imbattable. Pour ceux qui ne connaissent pas Marrakech les quartiers Hivernage et Gueliz sont vraiment très vivant, l’hôtel est donc situé au cœur de tout. Et très proche de la Médina en taxi. Comparé aux autres 5* aux alentours le prix est imbattable, en revanche la qualité est aussi moindre

Piscina bellissima e pulita, campo da tennis in terra rossa molto buono. Ottima la colazione e bravo il ragazzo che prepara le ciambelle...

Siamo stati una settimana e le lenzuola non le hanno mai cambiate...

The resto is clean and spacious , loads of choices of breakfast and we're fully satisfied with the taste. All we wanted for breakfast are available.

We didn't really used the pool , we planned to and excited to used it but they're only open until 6pm. It's better if they could extend the time as us tourist we also need to explore the tourist spot during the day and nice to used the pool after our day tour .

* this is hotel with 3*, no 5 * loši sapuni, bili su prazni po dolasku * doručak jako oskudan * sve morate tražiti. Papuče, ogrtač....to mora biti u sobi. * u sobi ništa nije radilo. Ni kuhalo, vrata se nisu mogla zatvoriti i osjećali smo se nesigurno. Nije bilo grijanja. * od tri bazena samo jedan je bio za korištenje, ali jako hladan. Ne griju * krevet jako neudoban za hotel sa 5*

All that you expect from such a hotel The Italian restaurant in the hotel was really good. The breakfast was excellent. The staff everywhere were very nice.

Staff very rude and not helpful don’t answer the phone and brought me raw chicken as a meal which I could have got salmonella from … pricy hotel which is pretty basic and definitely not a 5 star.

The location was great.

The receptionist who checked us in was incredibly rude. I initially booked a single room as I was going to travel by myself. A friend of mine decided to join me so I contacted the hotel and they confirmed that the room can be changed to a double room for extra 17.50euro per night. When we arrived the receptionist wanted to change us extra 75euro per night and said that this is the policy. I showed him the email correspondence and he rolled his eyes and said ok which was very mean. We then asked to speak to the manager and he laughed at our faces and in a very mean manner said that there is no manager. We asked when the manager will be in and he said that he doesn’t know. We asked if the manager will be in on Monday and he said he doesn’t know and walked away which is unacceptable for a 5 star hotel- really disappointing and offensive! The swimming pool water was cold, this was not mentioned in the description of the hotel. The hair dryer didn’t work and when we called for one they said that it should be working and did nothing about it. Jamal from concierge was the only nice person in the hotel.

Nothing the shower smelt of sewage

Shower smelt of sewage was no shampoo and never helped when I called asked for a iron 4 times. On checkout I complained and the lady on the counter laughed and said bye bye. Seriously the worst hotel I have ever stayed at

Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine en plein mois de décembre, c’était très agréable. Pour noël nous avons eu des cadeaux pour les enfants et un assortiment de sucreries, très bonne surprise. Le personnel est très aimable. Enfin la position géographique est très bien.

Le wifi fonctionnait très mal.

There were unreasonable charges to use the indoor swimming pool and the steam room. I thought these basic facilities would be free. I understand charging for the harmans but not the steam room.

Le personnel au top , tous sans exception ! Des personnes aux petits soins et très attachants! On s’y sent comme chez la famille au bout de quelques jours L’emplacement juste parfait Le dépaysement La piscine chauffée Le parking privé et surveiller h24 par une voiture de police à l’entrée et des gardiens qui surveillent les entrées et sorties

Absolument rien cela fait 2 ans d’affilé que l’on séjourne au Kenzi avec mon mari et on reviendra évidemment

Beds were comfortable… too bad we didn’t get a peaceful nights sleep in it due to the numerous issues.

Everything. From the moment we arrived, when our room had other guests in it, to waiting an hour for a new room and a baby cot (which was in the middle of the night after traveling 7 hours), to getting woke up from wrong room service knocking on our door at 3 am (2 nights) and waking our baby, to phone calls in the middle of the night waking our baby, to people screaming in the hallway waking up our baby, to realizing you can control Anyone’s TV with Google TV on Android and turn it on or off, play whatever, mess with the volume, to getting a jacket stolen, to the lock malfunctioning with the baby inside and needing to wait for a handy man, to a horrible breakfast with not enough kid seats …and the worst part? To the unempathetic guest relationship manager who simply said “this happens in Morocco, and we can’t control the guests coming, maybe they are uneducated”. And it’s way overpriced for a seriously outdated property.

Zimmer und Bad sind sehr gut gewesen. Die Betten waren sehr sehr bequem.

Minibar war leer. Das Früstück war aus meiner Sicht für Marokko und 5 Sterne nicht gut. Allgemein ist die Essensqualität in dem Hotel nicht 5 Sterne Kategeorie.

Die Lage, die Pools, Landschaft, Frühstück und das Personal

Zimmersaubarkeit

Gut gelegen in Hivernage. Man kommt zu Fuß auch in den moderneren Teil von Marrakesch. Golfplätze sind mit Taxi gut erreichbar. Zimmer sauber. Je nach Kategorie etwas klein. Ein beheizter und ein unbeheizter Pool. Bequeme Liegen am Pool. Freundliches Personal.

Insgesamt ein sehr großes Hotel. Wenn man Ruhe sucht, nicht zu empfehlen. Es scheint in der Regel auch ein Animationsprogramm zu geben. Buffet zum Abendessen war nicht so gut, ebenso das italienische Restaurant im Hotel. Da empfiehlt es sich, die Restaurants auswärts zu nutzen.
