Nice garden.

The location was a confortable 5 min walk (woth two small children) from the free (pebble) beach. The sea was wonderful, we hate sandy beaches and the beach of Mattinata was absolutely perfect for us. The house was spotless clean and it's surroundings were beautifully maintained. Nice and safe parking space for our car. Clean bathroom (very important!) and good beds. The communication with the owner was very pleasant.

The kitchen is equipped with the basic stuff, no more no less. Could be a small point for improvement.

Nice apartment, friendly owner, beautiful olive garden! You can feel and relax very privat. A few sweet cats.

In the kitchen is no really oven (only microwave), no kitchen towls, and no water heater.
