location was great. Walking distance to everything.Great bakery up the street.

The apartment is next to Acropolis and the area is lively full of bars restaurants and monuments. Very comfortable and clean apartment, it had everythingthat we needed.... Gregory was super, he explained where to go and what we can do, excellent advices .... thanks for the stay we will be back.

Everything was perfect

Value and general location with respect to sites on the walking tour of Athens. Close to everything we sought out.

The neighborhood left a bit to be desired. Trash receptacle immediately outside building front door was a bit off-putting. The kitchen and bathrooms require a sizeable step-up/step-down to get into/out of them (kitchen: 5.5 in/14 cm, bathroom: approx 8 in/20cm). My wife took a pretty hard fall when she forgot the kitchen step-down. I fortunately didn't take a similar spill, even though I too forgot about the step at one point. The host seemed genuinely concerned and promised some action to avert a similar occurrence (for example, tape at the step edge).

Perfect location, everything is near. Gregory was very nice and gave us good advice about what to see and where to eat. The flat is big and comfortable, you have everything you need.

Perhaps a fan would be good. Room was very hot. Instructions for how to use washer/dryer would be helpful.

The host Gregory was super friendly and very helpful, and had everything organised with good recommendations on where to eat, where to go, all planned very well. Also the flat has a very good location to all historic monuments
