We had a fabulous stay in the apartment. Fantastic location right on the promenade, close to restaurants, supermarkets, shops, the main bus station, etc. Spacious balcony with a superb sea view, perfect for having a meal or a drink at any time of the day. Fantastic communication and helpful staff, providing quick responses to any question or requests. The apartment is spacious with plenty of storage, large bathroom, rooms fully equipped with AC, and comfy beds. Would definitely stay here again when holidaying in Playa Blanca.
Nothing to dislike, everything was top-notch!

Close to beach restaurants and shops. Not many stairs to get into the apartment.
Some noise from the building work next door

The apt is amazing, just as described and more and has everything one could wish for. The location is perfect, in the middle of everything, yet private. The best part is the balcony and that fabulous view over Fuerteventura, so close to the ocean you could hear the waves even with your windows closed. My son and I will sure miss watching the ferries coming in and leaving the port, creating gigantic waves :-)
Big, comfortable beds, overall good taste and quality in decorations, well equipped kitchen and bathroom, good communication with host.
The downside were the insects around the kitchen areas which the host believes might have been coming from the restaurant under the apt which had fumigated. It was a disappointment and a shame for such a lovely apt. Had we known this in advance, we probably would have made another choice. However, once this issue is sorted by pest control (not just housekeeping), the apt is a 5 star and we highly recommend it.
