Great location, lovely sea views and close to some very good restaurants. Plenty of room in the apartment and a huge terrace. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need for a short stay.

Getting the WiFi babe and password was too complex when they could have been added to the instruction folder

Location was excellent with stunning views of the sea. Set in the port of Playa Blanca surrounded by restaurants and shops.

The view from the apartment was stunning. Right in the centre of town. Right beside the sea.

The bedroom got quite hot even with the curtains closed so it was more difficult to sleep. Fans are provided though.

I was satisfied with the apartments I booked but for only two days. I had to changed the apartment because of cockroaches in it and due to the loud noise of the fan in the corridor.

I had to leave the apartments when I found cockroaches in the kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and I received only one offer to settle elsewhere. I got an apartments with dirty terrace with the of smelt of GAS and food from restaurant downstairs. The terrace was very dirty, with the hairs on the floor, very dusty sunbeds with clipped nails on them. In sixteen years of traveling I have never seen that...Wi-fi did not work, there were no instructions about the TV, hob. The worst thing is that the women from the office did not offer to help change the apartments, but they also blamed me for the existing problem. From the moment I ordered the apartment, I received endless e-mails from them, instead of writing one e-mail and specifically asking for time to talk or get the necessary information. I had no problems with Booking.com, all problems were related to this office. It's a shame to lie while avoiding it. Nonsense.

We were self-catering so cannot comment on breakfast. The location is excellent. We loved the massive balcony overlooking the promenade and sea.

Air-conditioning would greatly improve this apartment. The electric fans were very noisy but eventually we got used to them. An additional wall mirror in the second bedroom would have been very useful.
