Proximity to downtown and comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful.

I must say I had dinner in the restaurant, the standard of the food is not exceptional. Steak was dry and tough, chips were soggy and salad plain. The food and menu is uninteresting and in my opinion this is pub food and not memorable

The front desk staff were attentive. There was an overpowering smell of dirty sewer upon entering the room, which lasted for our 4 nights 5 days which was slightly abated bt spraying cologne all over. The cleaning staff did not replenish the supplies daily and found we had to ask. I should have just brought my own toiletries and supplies, but having stayed here previously, we thought to pack light instead as we knew there were basic toiletries, coffee, milk, tea ( but we were disappointed this time). Cleabing was delayed, left in the morning and was still undone qhen we returned around 230pm. Seemed the room was not vacuumed well and the bed linen and doona felt rough which made me itch. Wonder if they were freshly and sanitarily washed? On Sunday night, the drumming sound and music went on til midnight, which, according to the front desk staff was from a pub close by. We did not experience these in previous stays ( our 3rd in the last 6 months). Sad. The location is excellent. The front desk staff respectful specially the man on night duty. Hope the management rectifies.

The room was very comfortable and quiet, aircon worked a treat, the breakfast was very nice.

Lack of parking, it was booked out nearest free car park was in a four storey car park next door little bit annoying but exercise was good.

It's a Mantra, it is exactly as described and the usual Mantra quality. Very clean and comfortable. Reception staff were awesome.

Good location near the central part of Albury. The included breakfast was good. A range of hot and cold foods. My request for GF toast was responded to efficiently and I liked the fact they prepared it in a separate toaster in the kitchen.

Having to pay $15 for undercover parking. I was under the impression there was a public space we could use.

Room was clean, tidy and comfortable. There was some noise from the common areas with people arriving back at their rooms and talking in the early hours of the morning.

The restaurant was pretty basic, wait staff in the restaurant were sweet but the meals were ordinary.
