Exceptionally clean and comfortable and very homely. Quality furnishings and equipment too. Tesco Express literally on the doorstep for provisions but tea coffee and fresh milk on arrival was a lovely touch. I can’t think of anything negative to say other than the £200 deposit - 8-14 days wait for its return is too long.
We liked everything - just wish the washer was a washer/dryer as the Scottish weather meant we got rained on a couple of times and it would have been helpful to dry the clothes out rather than put the heating on.

The two-bedroom, two full bathroom flat with living room and kitchen was close to everything we wanted to see. Holyrood Palace, Parliament, Canongate, and Arthur’s Seat were a short walk, and a short walk on the other side were the Royal Mile, Cowgate, and Victoria Street. It was so centrally located that we had time to pop into the flat in between activities. Harry showed us around the flat and explained how everything worked, there was a manual in the living room for any other questions. It was perfect for a family of four.

Ideal location. The street itself wasn’t noisy. Great shops just underneath. Car park is out of the way from the street. Royal mile is just behind you. Loved it.
The neighbour upstairs was noisy. Hoovering until 11.30 pm. Didn’t get to sleep until after 12 when he stopped moving around.

Kitchen whilst clean was quite dated only the very basic things available, carpets in hall were filthy, all the cushions had feathers coming through, showers were dated and there was a build up of mould in one of them.Due to severe snow storm at home I tried to change booking or accept a credit voucher to be told it was too late and I would just forfeit my payment surely they can accommodate last minute changes due to circumstances out of a persons control. Having to pay a £200 security deposit this is a first in my many bookings through this website. Generally well overpriced for the quality of the apartment.
