Second stay in this charming apartment and it didn't disappoint. Excellent communication from booking till stay. Great location,clean,quiet and well appointed. We had everything and more that we needed. Close to the station and a short walk to most of Edinburgh sights.

I can't think of a thing not to like.

Central location (bit remote), good beds, well-equipped kitchen

Bathrooms not clean, styling a bit cheap (stuffed animals etc), strong smell of paint in the apartment (bedroom windows could not open, unfortunately not adequately resolved by owner after several reports)

Property was in a great location, warm clean and comfortable and well stocked.

I tried to contact the owner by call (leaving a voicemail) by email, by text and by WhatsApp as provided in our email. This was on Monday 27th, our stay was December 2nd. I had absolutely no reply. I was asking about the free parking provided which is a joke. As far as I can tell they think it’s ok to say free parking and leave it as that. What you actually find is a narrow garage with narrow access and good luck getting into that with anything bigger than a smart car. I have a cx-3 which is t a massive car but I had no chance. So what was meant to be free parking ended up an extra £22 to stay in the nearest parking at the train station.

Die in der Beschreibung angegebene Terrasse existiert leider nicht. An das Apartment grenzt ein Lichtschacht für 4 Wohnungen.

Location was fantastic. Very clean apartment with comfy beds. Everything you need for a comfortable stay.

It was great to have private parking in the garage, but the entrance was only just wide enough. Less than 2” clearance for each wing mirror on a Ford Focus….. but we managed it!
