Radisson São Paulo Paulista

Very nice staff. Very welcoming and willing to help

rooms are smaller than they look on the picture. gym was also below my expectations.

Best team in the breakfast lounge, chefs were helpful regardless of the language barrier. Food was very nice!!!

A very well located hotel

The place had a very dull atmosphere — almost a slightly sad feeling when you walked in, especially in the evenings. There’s a small balcony, but it can’t be opened (understandably for safety and security reasons). The mattress wasn’t comfortable, and the pillows weren’t great either. Towels, pillowcases, and the bedding in general often seemed dirty. The bathroom could really use some wall hooks. The staff didn’t come across as particularly approachable or welcoming. Since I was only there for three nights, I didn’t bother reporting these issues, but overall it wasn’t a good experience, especially considering the price for what you get. There are definitely better options nearby.
