חדר אוכל- תורים. לא ערוכים לכמויות של האורחים. קטע מוזר שאת הקפה מכין מישהו אחד לכולם.
ניקיון- גם באזור הבריכה וגם בכלל הכל היה מלוכלך ומאובק. כל יום מחדש לא ניקו את החדר והיינו צריכים לבקש שיגיעו. לא שמו מספיק מגבות (היינו שלושה שמו לשניים- ככה כל יום מחדש).

This was our second visit to the Dan Panorama. We found it to be a very good hotel several years ago and have just paid another visit. The hotel is large but everyone is catered for in a friendly manner. All the facilities we used were well maintained, the room was clean and comfortable; and the buffet breakfast selection was very good.
While the hotel caters for families, it would be a benefit to have an adult-only dining area. The many families at the hotel tend not to care that their children run wild through the dining area, making a quiet start to the day something of a fantasy.

The access to nice lagune promenade was difficult and at the pool there was noisy "music".
