The location was convenient, and the room was comfortable
Nothing in particular, everything was fine.

Spacious, clean and comfy room. Staff was friendly and helpful. Walking distance to various eateries, coffee shops and laundromats. Very easy access to public transport with a 10-min. ride to various malls.
The room is a bit dated, but still clean. The breakfast is fine if you're okay with Asian breakfasts (so consisting of warm food like fried rice). If you're very much into your ham and cheese sandwich, you won't like the breakfast buffet.

Especially the hotel staff were very friendly and nice. The stay was very comfortable and everything was as expected. We had a nice time and everything worked out well. Thanks again to the staff.
The location was a bit unfortunate but not the fault of the hotel itself. However, it was ok. The breakfast was not that nice and not much oriented for foreigners. However, it was ok.

States that food is served until 10pm. When we went down at 9:30 the staff had left and informed us the kitchen was shut. This was a shame as Grab was not working and there were not many food places around. WiFi did not work at all, very disappointing.
