The hotel is so convenient with everything. Hotel staff are amazing especially the lady who assisted me when checking in. Check in and check out are so quick. There are staff/guards available when taking a lift to make sure there is an available one. This saves time actually, you don't need to wait for the lift to become available, less waiting time. The room was great. It is what you see from their website. Impeccable Cleanliness and Maintenance. The food was amazing and varieties of selection, from local to international cuisine. We celebrated my Dad's bday on the 2nd day and booked them in another room which was so easy again. the hotel knows the value of time for their clients. Kudos!

We have stayed at this property many time since it was opened 13 years ago. The hotel has good facilities and is very comfortable. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. It is convenient for SM Shopping and dining.

Check-in/out organisation is very bad causing unnecessary frustration. It is split into individual queues meaning you might pick a queue where the person(s) ahead of you takes a longtime to be served and you have to wait, but persons coming to the desk after you who have joined a different queue get served before you. This caused quite a bit of anger with a number of guests waiting at the time we checked out. Other hotels utilise a single queue meaning people get served in the order they arrive, which is much less frustrating.

Everything about my stay was superb, not to mention the breakfast and staff.

I loved my room except the very soft pillows. Other than that, I have nothing to complain about.

I wouldn’t think that staying in this hotel will make my life so miserable. It took 2 hours to accommodate me to the room because the rooms were not in good conditions - they smell old and wet, plus windows are not opening, so no access to fresh air. It took another 2 hours to fix my WiFi connection, and in fact WiFi was still very poor. My calls got cancelled, and I had to work until late. All of these literally ruin whole plans one way or another.

the rooms are clean. the bed is comfortable. the staff are courteous and accommodating and helpful. the location is perfect.

the hotel seems busy but there’s only 2 front desk staff to check guests in and out. the bathroom drain in our room was so slow, it floods whenever we take a shower.

The room I had was spacious and super clean. A big shoutout to the housekeeper I had for the 3 nights at 1419. Really close to SM City Cebu and North Bus Terminal. Room service was pricy but the food tasted great.

The place felt luxurious once you're inside but having airport style screening at the front kind of ruined the whole thing. When you bring in food from the outside, you have to fill out a form every time before they let you in. I don't think that's how a paying guest should be treated.

i like the sevice of the staff, and the bed amenities. it's also nice i was allowed to do an early check-in / late check-out.

your spa is only a massage place. in other hotels, there's a section in the spa where guests can be in the jacuzzi for free. i was looking forward to a jacuzzi, since your pool is closed.

I like everything in the hotel especially attitude of the personnel Suse in the front desk and Henry in the concierge was very helpful as everyone else in the hotel.

Die Damen am Empfang waren arrogant. Weder beim Einchecken noch beim Auschecken gab es freundliche Worte. Der Pool war in Renovierungsarbeiten. Der Fitnessbereich in die Jahre gekommen. Der Raucherbereich ist voller Moskitos und das WLAN funktioniert dort auch nicht. Mann fühlt sich nicht sehr willkommen.

Pool was closed for renovations, and they did not tell us this in advance. The pool was a major factor in our decision to stay at the property. Very disappointing.

Breakfast was awesome with lot of choices. Location was perfect as it’s close to shopping plaza.

Location is just perfect, close to SM mall it is just a few minutes away.

The security guard. He's awful. Had a problem with him over nothing. The 4th floor has a smell of dampness in the corridor and also inside our room. My husband is astmatic, and i start caughing and had headache over night because of the smell. I think the hotel is starting to age. And needs attention.

The swimming pool was under renovation. They forgot to put 2 towels in our room. The wifi was a little bit slow.

Amazing location in the city. Hotel also looked very well maintained. Very big spacious room. Staff were all super friendly. Literally also next to the mall if you need to buy anything.

We were supposed to stay for 4 days but we cut it short coz the pool was under renovation. We didnt want to do beach activities every day so the pool was really needed for our trip.

The staff was professional, courteous and attentive. No complaints with the customer service. The food at the restaurant and the Executive Lounge were exceptional. The size of the rooms exceeded my expectations.
