The host was incredibly helpful, even gave us a free upgrade because of an error with double booking and didn't want us stranded. Location is close to what you're booking Phuket for and transport options are across the road. I've seen people moan about the steps but wasn't really an issue. Highly recommend.

Nothing to dislike.

The room is nice. More like a suite than just a hotel room because the bedroom is separate, but with curtains instead of a door so very tropical feel. And there is a full-size kitchen. The pool and the upper deck near reception is very nice. The host is super friendly and even invited me to a private party with her family and good friends. And she fed all of us gourmet food! Staff always seems to be there when they are needed. And she gave me an excellent price when I extended my stay.

The traffic at the bottom of the hill is noisy. And it's a bit difficult accessing the main road on my scooter but hey, it's Asia. I don't blame the landlord for that.

We had a very nice stay at Swiss Villas Panoramic. We appreciated the most how friendly the staff were. They really made us feel welcome. We also really liked the room and the area with the pool, very clean and beautifully arranged.

The biggest minuses of the hotel are the stairs and the mosque nearby. For us it was not a big problem, but you have to keep in mind that the access to/from the hotel is quite difficult, there are a lot of stairs, and from the mosque you often hear the prayers, both day and night.

U have to climb some stepos but its worths couse the panorama(from the pool, the bar and ur room aswell). The beach and everything is close. The location is great becouse u can reach everything with a small walk. Even local and tourist buses next to the hotel.

Loved the warm hospitality received from Mol the manager. The place has a good view. Excellent villa we stayed in. Just wish we cud stay longer

The walk up the place was quite tiring but on the positive side for people like us it’s a good exercise.

The fact that the villa is on a hill top and you need to climb up bringing your luggage is very tiring. There should be someone who will assist your luggage from down all the way up to the villa

Couldn’t really fault the place has everything you need. Great pool and bar area, amazing food. Staff couldn’t do enough for you. Rooms cleaned immaculately everyday. Total value for money. Would deffinatel stay again.

Maybe the sign could be better as easy to miss. Few steps or a steep hill to get up but to be honest unless you have any movement disabilities then it’s not really an issue.
