The most excellent communication and providing of information for restaurants, things to do etc. Responded very quickly to questions, flexibility with luggage before and after, early check in accommodation. Very clean and good amenities.
Left some limoncello for us one afternoon, a nice personal touch!

Convenient location, clean, the hosts were helpful
We were early risers and coffee machine was turned off every morning. So had to go find a coffee shop each morning

Overall a good stay, would stay again. Was comfortable, functional, clean, and the host was super friendly and accommodating.
The bed was more comfortable than most places we stayed, the AC worked great (huge win in summer), and the facilities were simple but nice. The location is a bit off the beaten path but easy to get to, which is actually very nice.
It was difficult to find the right building, so a map of the building complex would help a lot along with correct gps coordinates (it sent us to the building in front of it)

Location OK. Close to town centre. Didn't meet any staff only the cleaning lady Sonya when we were checking out and paid her for the 2 nights accommodation. Bathroom smells bad and got little sleep both nights due to very noisy guests in the other rooms. Walls are paper thin.
Bad smell from bathroom. Too much noise from the other rooms making it impossible to sleep. Didn't meet proprietor just the cleaning lady as we checked out. Would be nice if breakfast was served but we were aware of that already. Room was quite small also.
