The view, location and the hotel facilities such as the pool and having the room cleaned with fresh towels each day. The room was comfortable.
The A/C shutting off every time the door was opened. The balcony could do with some TLC. No blind on the bathroom window.

There was a man from the hotel who carried my bag up 4 flights of stairs. He was so kind to take us from the main hotel and show us the room. The elevator is very old and someone was trying to put too large of bags to take up. The patio had great views out to the sea. It was the main reason we booked the 3 Suites View. The breakfast was great with a significant selection to choose from. The main hotel was helpful getting a cab arranged for us.
The air conditioning didn't work well. We were able to remain comfortable with the patio doors open.

Loved the location-very walkable to the city center, local restaurants, and the coastline. Linens smelled great! We really appreciated being able to visit the hotel and use some of the amenities: huge huge plus and really elevated the stay.
The AC kept shutting off and finally quit one night. The bidet could also use some treatment because a foul odor was coming up from it. The bathroom didn’t vent well and was always warmer than the rest of the room. The walls are very thin and could hear the neighbors conversations.
