Excellent room, beautiful view. Luxurious stay with a touch of elegance. The bathroom was excellent, and the food (room service) was very delicious. The Songbird bar was excellent and staff were polite and friendly.
Ordered room service and had to call to have it chasd up as it didn't arrive forst time.

Love the free Tim Tam's at the pool but missing the free coffee machine this time.
Love the staff, so friendly and helpful, much better than the crown. Doesn't look like a high turnover with staff, which is nice to see the same friendly staff each stay.
The shower was slow draining in room 625 and did need us to mop up the water each shower. Also the side plug on the right side sink had the plug fall out but put it back on.
More water and milk would be nice and even some hot chocolate for the kids to much drinks.
The free snacks at the pool are a great little treat but was missing the coffee machine this stay.

Lovely view from the room and spacious with good facilities. Reception staff were very helpful.
The restaurant was a let down, meals were not brought out together and something different was brought out to what was ordered, the the kitchen closed. They did do a refund in the end for the error, however we still hadn’t had a meal.
The heating in our room was broken, so it was freezing when we checked in. Maintenance tried to fix it, but couldn’t, so they gave us a small heater, however this took a while to heat the room, so was pretty chilly for a while.

"Das Frühstücks-Buffet war hervorragend und die Einführung und Betreuung durch den Mitarbeiter outstanding. Mehr geht nicht.
Ein Dyson-Fön im Bad! Großes Zimmer mit toller Aussicht.
