The staff were exceptionally friendly, polite and helpful. After we reported issues with the cleanliness of our first room, they immediately looked for a solution and offered us a room change. Although we had originally booked two separate beds, we were offered a room with one large bed for the first night, before being given separate beds the following night. We also received a breakfast voucher to compensate for the inconvenience. The room itself was spacious and had some useful storage space.

Unfortunately, there were several significant shortcomings. The lack of a wardrobe was particularly inconvenient. There were only three coat hangers, and there was very limited space to store our luggage. The sink was extremely small, and the toilet seat was very loose. The cleanliness was also disappointing. In our first room, we found hair in the bed and in the sink, as well as a stain on the towel. When I wiped the sink with toilet paper, the marks and residue came off easily. This unfortunately gave the impression that the sink and everything else had not been properly cleaned before our arrival. On a positive note, the staff responded immediately to our complaint and offered us a room change! The second room was significantly cleaner, and we were much more satisfied with it. However, the room was very poorly soundproofed and quite draughty. As it was very windy at one point, we could clearly feel the wind coming through because the door did not close properly. This unfortunately made the room less comfortable. The breakfast was also disappointing and fell well below our expectations. Overall, we really appreciated how friendly and helpful the staff were, especially when they helped us resolve the issues with our first room. The second room was much cleaner, and we were more satisfied with it. However, the rooms were quite sparsely furnished, the breakfast was disappointing, and the poor soundproofing and draughty door affected our comfort. Considering the overall experience, we felt that the accommodation would have been more suitable at a lower price. While we were grateful for the staff’s kindness and efforts to help us, we believe there is still room for improvement in terms of cleanliness, facilities and overall comfort.

Could have a spa in the middle where the pool was..mould be perfect!

Easy to find and check in, 24hr check in made it easier to travel in our hours, so clean and fresh, the beds were super comfy, everything inside and out of rooms was very clean, lovely staff and I loved the wireless phone charger next to the bed and fade lamps. (I forgot my phone charger so it was very helpful).

I was disappointed there was no hotel parking as it was listed on the booking.com but I was able to find parking n the street as it was weekend.

Good location, clean

Bed was uncomfortable, sheets were like paper. Parking very difficult. Staff did not engage at all.
