Large room, clean and modern

Room service for drinks was ordinary and wrong items delivered. No bottle opener in the room to open the drinks. Internet was absolutely hopeless.

The location was perfect, based on where our event was. It was walking distance and easy to get to and from.

The room was clean and well appointed. The bed was terrible! We needed a room to get ready before our event and to sleep so the most important aspect was a comfy bed. Unfortunately, the bed sagged in the middle and the pillows were horrible. Given the price I would have expected better.

This hotel closes to bus stations which great to reach other Sydney places such as central and burwood market!

Hotel can put more offort on cleanliness, some part of the hotel room was covered with dust.

Seemed to have everything l required upon booking

First night of checking in had a note put under my door restaurant wasn’t going to open for the next 4 days of my trip, if l had of known beforehand would never have booked in at hotel. Couldn’t get towels and bed changed after 3 days which was annoying. Upon check out staff at counter very unfriendly and not warm at all.

I recently stayed at Rydges Camperdown, Sydney and I must say that my experience was highly disappointing. The level of service provided by the hotel staff was extremely poor. On the very first morning of my stay, I encountered a horrible situation in the washroom. The exhaust fan was not working, resulting in the washroom becoming super foggy and making visibility almost impossible. Additionally, the basin was clogged, causing the water to not drain properly. I immediately reported both issues to the reception, but unfortunately, they were not addressed, despite my continuous complaints for three consecutive days. It was disheartening to see the lack of communication and responsiveness from the hotel staff regarding these issues. Overall, my stay at Rydges Camperdown, Sydney was marred by these ongoing problems.

The location. Close to Chris O‘Brian Lifehouse Hospital and Central rail way station.
