As a female travelling solo I felt very secure that Reception was manned 24 hours.
Cleanliness of the room was second to none.
Food was excellent and easy to order and staff were informative when asked about a location I had to travel to for a course.

Most staff were very pleasant. Good food.
A staff member refused to accept currency from Northern Ireland stating it was not legal tender. This is factually incorrect. I find it incredible that this issue still exists today. The last time I experienced it was in Glasgow back in the year 1993. Unbelievable as NI currency is accepted in most all other businesses within the United Kingdom, of which Northern Ireland is of course part of. Extremely disappointing and of course ruined our evening. I WOULD APPRECIATE A FORMAL RESPONSE TO THIS MATTER PLEASE. THANK YOU.
