I was able to have a table beside the window and very helpful staff and I enjoyed my smoked salmon breakfast

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and the location——-it was perfect

Better facilities for tea & coffee. Flasks of water didn’t stay hot

The location was nice, the staff very friendly and helpful.

There was a huge storm on the evening of my stay, and water was leaking through the ceiling onto my bed. The staff got me moved quickly to another room. About an hour later, there was a knock on the door to move me again, because the emergency lighting in the corridor had failed. The staff again, excellent. I appreciate that the rainfall caused the issues, but I genuinely felt that this was probably exasperated by a lack of maintenance to the building. The next morning I was in a rush to get away, so ask for a bacon sandwich to take away, instead of a full English breakfast. Disappointingly, it had only one piece of bacon on it. 🤦🏻‍♂️
