The hotel provided a breakfast expected for the room price paid. Ditto the room. I holidayed with friends from a walking group. The hotels location meant that I was easily able to contact the others in the group.
No dislikes - every aspect of my stay met with expectations.

Exterior of the building is very well cared for, the communal areas are clean and well decorated. The room we had was comfortable with good quality furnishings. The bathroom was large, clean and functional with a nice shower. Breakfast area was large and again clean and tidy
The steps upto the property are tiled and when it rained they were very slippy perhaps a mat would be a good idea, also this became a smoking area wasn’t nice to have to walk through.

Staff specially the Manager Mr. Rasul was very friendly and courteous. The provided hygienic and good quality breakfast that includes, fruit juices, a number of cereals, flavoured yogurt, bread and other Halal food.
Bathroom slippers were not provided.

Breakfast was a good style English breakfast. Room size was pretty decent. Location was central and only a short walk to shops, train station and the beach / pier.
Interior needs redecorating. Door lock was loosely screwed on which made security a bit poor. A hard push and it would probably come off. Cupboard door was also broken. Cleanliness could be a bit better. ie a lot of dust on all the door frames.
Parking was not easier around the hotel. Pot luck to get a parking space
