The room was quiet and large. IT was clean and pleasantly lit. There was a desk to work at and plenty of tea and coffee. The location is good, you can get there by DLR or bus 15 that goes all the way to Trafalgar square.
We didn't like that one had to eat breakfast without a fork. I understand that if everyone comes to breakfast at the same time, there may not be enough tables, but when there are free tables and no forks (sometimes no spoon either) this just holds things up as people are waiting and hoping for basic cutlery. There was only one member of staff trying to cope, this was unfair as there are too many people and rooms for one person.

I liked that the room was big and the bed was comfy! It was quiet at night. Easy location to tube stations and the Troxy venue
Only problem for us we had was the banging of doors closing which was happening constantly on our floor. Also the breakfast was ok it was really crowded at times and went to get hash brown and was loads of long black hair on most of them 🤢so I didn’t eat anything our last morning put me right off eating.
