The property is in an excellent location. The staff are superbly friendly and lovely. The hotel caters very well for Gluten Free and dairy free. The pub not so much.
It is a bit tired but the hotel is clean and comfortable. The pub is the most tired bit of the property

Cute cottage style hotel in the middle of Surrey countryside. Close to Shere where we wanted to visit. Full breakfast also included in the price.

Excellent location for cycling, great value for money with a lovely breakfast included, staff were all helpful.
It would have been helpful to know about the lockable bike storage, it didn't seem to be in the listed facilities online.

Location
The plumbing wasn’t great, had to hold the sink plug for the water to drain and the shower drain took ages to empty so it overflowed.
