Palazzo Donizetti Istanbul, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

The room was quiet, clean and spacious. The staff was welcoming, very helpful and professional. The location was good, close to the metro stations, some attractions and shopping. The hotel manager, Sefer, made sure at check in to explain everything and made you feel welcome. The housekeeping staff was very attentive and checked in with me to make sure I didn't need anything. The food at the restaurant was very good. I could walk to coffee shops and the walkway by the sea and the Kilic Pasa Hamam. The hotel also has a very nice spa and pool but I did not have time to use it this time.

I did not like how crowded Istanbul is in August and the hotel was a nice and quiet escape after crowded and noisy streets. I would recommend to visit when it is less crowded. Early summer or Spring.

all workers very nice. Breakfast was included. some things could have been cleaner. noticed that cups and spoons were not well attended to.

my room view was terrible. facing torn down concrete area with graffiti.
