Staff were friendly on arrival. The location was close to the township but far away from the town to enjoy some quiet time. The room was small but tidy and had everything we needed including a kitchenette with an electric frypan which we used. We were able to park right outside our room which was great. We loved the spa bath.
I'm fussy when it comes to smells but the room smelled of cleaning products but that probably is a good thing. My husband did not notice the smell. The motel backs on to a busy road, so sometimes you hear the big trucks going by.

Very clean close to town and walks by the water
Some traffic noises at night

Good bed and pillows etc.
Extremely strong smell of disinfectant… and we arrived at 5pm so thought this unusual. Unmanned reception at time. Had to open door and windows to clear. Always wary that this is to disguise another smell but seemed okay afterwards.
Also, the shower is over a high-walled old-style spa bath - this would be inaccessible for some people. I may have missed a foot stool to assist?
