I stayed for 11 nights and was still charged for late check out. Air con and power sockets are linked to your key being in the slot so you always arrive back to a hot room and nothing charges. WiFi is very low speed and not good enough to hold video calls. Complained but nothing happened. Maids using walkie talkie radios very loudly woke me every morning outside the room in the corridors. Elevator and entrance could be tidier. Even though breakfast was included in my stay I only went once. Just because it’s ‘free’ I will never choose to eat just for the sake of it. Best thing there was the made to order omelette. Everything else tasteless. Bad coffee. cheap carton fruit juice. Things that should be warm like baked beans were stone cold. Reception staff v helpful and friendly.

Very friendly and helpful staff, two swimming pools, breakfast was awesome in both presentation and quality - great work Fifth Pattaya Jomtien Hotel!!!

Beim Frühstücksbuffet gab es keine Wurst und Käse

Quiet property and calm area. Nice pools that get sunlight early morning into late afternoon. Breakfast buffet is good but nothing to write home about.

General cleanliness of everything was mediocre. Beds and bathrooms clean but overall property was messy or neglected. Pool furniture is very uncomfortable and old, a lot of umbrellas broken. Most staff pleasant and friendly however not exceptional, one instance of a spilled drink by the pool made it seem like we asked for diamonds instead of a replacement drink.
