Great location very near Old Town and very clean. Comfortable beds and friendly staff.

Wifi rarely worked. It would be much nicer if they put an electric kettle in room to prepare tea.

Lovely hotel well situated in Graz. On-site restaurant with outdoor seating was a bonus. Bedroom and bathroom were of a good size, bright and airy.

I didn’t realise breakfast wasn’t included and while it was very good, if you don’t get down early, they don’t replace food that runs out, so make sure you eat early!

Best value if you want to be close to downtown Graz. The little extra distance from the centre is actually a plus. The area is quite Bohemian, with an air of shabby chic.

The room was very clean and quaintly decorated, not a cookie-cutter hotel. I arrived after hours because of a delayed flight and they responded to my message immediately and left a key in a lockbox for me. It was hot during my stay (there is no air conditioning in most of Graz, including here) and when I asked they provided me with a fan. They offer breakfast but I did not eat there so can't say what it was like.

The guesthouse is attached to a restaurant/bar, so if you have your windows open it can be a bit noisy. Once I had the fan that helped mask the sound (and blow away the occasional cigarette smoke).

Location was perfect, within walking distance from the Altstadt.

Wi-Fi was poor. Breakfast buffet could have been more vegan-friendly.

Apartment features many places to sleep (up to 6 in 3 bedrooms), has nice balcony with lots of seating overlooking square.

It was a little noisy due to location, across from outdoor restaurants and bars. So do not expect to go to bed too early if you are a light sleeper. And there is no air conditioning. So closing windows will not work on warm days.

Small and very cute hotel on very good location in Graz. Charming restaurant and very kind staff. We stayed overnight and had great time in Zur Steirerstub'n.

The location is good, close to the center

The staff was short tempered and misguiding, the wifi was lacking security and I could not use it to check in to my flight and purchase transportation tickets (got some kind of lacking secure connection error, later on managed to do the actions over the free city wifi) I came around 20, the reception was closed already and the staff of the restaurant checked me in, they gave the general feeling of me bothering them and taking them away from their real work. When I asked for instructions on getting to the airport they told me there was no public transport option and I should take a taxi, this ofcourse wasn't true and once I got to the internet I found there was a train which I took for a fraction of the price. Must say that on the next day when the reception was open the lady there was nice and helpful.
