Perfect location, lovely, clean apartment. Close to tram stop, so travel was easy. The whole complex was well maintained and great for a family getaway.
The construction noise, although we were prewarned about it and it wasn't as bad as we thought it would be.

Excellent location to shops, restaurants, tram and beach
Partially shaded due to higher buildings

Great location close to restaurants. Beach and Patks if you have little children.
Unfortunately l never checked if the pool was heated and it wasn’t. It was too cold to swim in the pool. So for the entire stay we never swam. Wayne did say they are going to make the pool heated but make sure you ask about it if your going in the cooler months As the place has been built up around with apartments, they hardly get any sun.

Location was great, toilets were clean, sheets were clean, car park on site.
Black mould on the ensuit bathroom ceiling, dirty carpet in the main areas, dirty walls, what looked like snot wiped on the walls next to the single beds, the sheets were clean in all the beds but the duvets were dirty/stained.
