Great location. Loved that it was a smaller complex. The grounds are kept immaculate. Short walk into town but far enough away that it felt peaceful.
On arrival the apartment had some rubbish left in the laundry, dishwasher was still stacked, some clothing tags in draws and hair clips between vanity and shower left. But a quick clean over it was ok. Despite this we really enjoyed our stay.

Location, facilities and room. The pool and spa were great. It was nice to have a BBQ to use. Staff were helpful.
Better communication prior to check-in about check-in outside of normal business hours.

The staff were great, the spa, pool and gardens were very well.kept. the location was good and it was quiet at night plus secure. The shower water was lovely and hot. The sheets were very clean and the bed and pillows comfortable.
The apartment was very dated, the flooring was in desperate need of replacing, the carpet was dirty, old and stained. The kitchen tiles were chipped, the whole kitchen felt sticky and unclean. The bedroom window coverings were dirty and window tracks very dirty., looking out onto some very old run down flats. The curtains had hooks missing. There were marks on the bedroom walls and doors were chipped. Management were new and were aware of the condition of some of the apartments. They are working on remedies.

"Die Lage ist direkt an der Front zur Beach. Die Beach ist super in ganz Gold Coast. Auch habt man die Möglichkeit für BBQ, und Pool. Sehr Familienfreundlich."
