Property was comfortable and suitable for a large family. Plenty of room and had good facilities.
Property had a number of issues including a cracked sink, lighting not working properly, fans not working properly . Cockroaches were present and main bedroom balcony had a heap of bird poo! Just needs a good clean overall and would have been a great stay!

Great location to cairns central station, shopping centre and walking distance to esplanade. Size of apartment was great. All amenities available. Staff were helpful. Parking was available although didn’t utilise it.
Poor insulation, heard all the noise from the streets from the bedrooms at the front even with doors closed. Apartment was a bit tired and needs a refresh. No lifts available so needed to carry luggage up the stairs to the apartment.

Anna who checked us in was so lovely she could not do enough and we were running late due to our plane arriving late and she stayed back until we arrived - she was the best part of the experience :)
to be honest the unit layout was great, the location is so convenient, but the unit could do with a refresh - it felt very unclean and well used
