部屋も含めて、浴室のバスタブが狭いです。部屋内に電気ポットがあるので、お茶やコーヒーのサービスが欲しいと思います。

The staff were very nice! Great value for money and great location and very simple.

The bed is too small length wise and the pillow was too small.

We stayed for 2 weeks. For all the time there was never a cleaning in our room.

I loved being between two train stations—this location was central & convenient for me and my family. I booked two rooms for the price of one room elsewhere and the value is great! (I need two bathrooms between the four of us 🤣) Staff was friendly and helpful at check-in, minimal English but we know enough basic Japanese to understand—plus they have English check-in instructions/info. SOOO many good food options within a short walking distance—we were so happy. Sharing a picture of the view from our room on the 5th floor

The rooms are definitely smaller than I expected. I don’t normally check sqft but we got two semi-double rooms and luckily we just needed the room for sleeping/rest after each day’s adventures. Otherwise we had a great stay!

The quality of the shower gel, shampoo and conditioner was good. Good location.

Even though they promote long-term stays there's No cleaning service for the room regardless of how long you stay, but they claim they'll charge you extra if you leave it too dirty even though there's also no cleaning supplies and since the room is tiny there's no space for keeping cleaning supplies if you feel like buying them yourself. This information was not disclosed before payment. The beds are Japanese size and too small for a non-Japanese couple. The comforter makes a lot of noise every time you touch it. There's no shelf space. There's no communal areas for cooking or eating and there's not enough space in the room for it.

very good location! 5 minute walk to the train station and 1 stop away from Yokohama station. many convenience stores, shopping and restaurants around. No shortage of cafes or things to do. cheap laundry on site too!

unfortunately I accidentally booked a smoking room so I had to leave my window open the entire time which was very cold. if I turn the heater on it made the smell worse
