the interior is very beautiful, authentic hotel, clean and practically in the center

Poor service from the staff. They didn’t tell the room key won’t work after the check out time even though we told about the checkout. We did pay for the early check in and check out. They did charge for breaking the flower vase accidentally while moving the luggage and that too telling it is imported and all. When I tried to negotiate for the payment (for flower vase) they told if I am not paying the amount asked then they will have to go the police. Very worst response I have ever heard from the manager and staff. No help with the luggage movement to the rooms and they didn’t have any lift facilities. Very poor service from the staff.

The place was well maintained, a cute boutique hotel.
No staff to assist, one need to rely only app based taxi services to go to any other location.No taxi services provided by the hotel,no.means to catch a public transport. Bathrooms were see through with only one side covering.

The room is cramp and so dark even turn on all the lights. We decided not to stay there. Actually it is not the room for 4 but 2.

Beautiful facade of the hotel building. My room was pretty & clean, and windows facing the streets. The staff were helpful.
Must always sign into Wi-fi. If you have heavy luggage, there's only stairs to carry it up & down.

The rooms were set up in a fun way, they were spacious and the staff was so kind!
The location at times made it difficult to get to other places, not the best walking paths and far from the airport.

A lovely hotel in the heart of Phuket town...I love everything there as the hotel close by to 4 shopping center ,local food and transport to Phuket town, Patong,Kata,Chalong and the airport.
The room very clean, quiet and super service from the staff there.
I will come back to stay there again bcs the hotel super cute as Chinese classy style!

aesthetics of the hotel is 💯 the staff was welcoming and took care of me really well over my 4 days stay. bed is so comfortable—didn’t want to leave. staying @ the hotel felt like being at home with me. thanks tawan and kan for my wonderful stay! 🤎🤗

Beautiful and clean hotel. Nice staffs.
It's noisy becase the location of the hotel is beside the street. There's still the light from outside through the room at night. The water temperature was not strong and consistent during the shower

We had a wonderful time here! Rooms were comfy and clean, loved staying here. Pat was super helpful and helped us find our way around. All of it was amazing!
