Great location, clean, helpful staff, and big bonus they have a sento/public bath, and as most western people have tattoos and not allowed to use it, it was super quiet when I went.

It was very nice, the room, the breakfast, the staff, and it was in the center of Tokyo for a convinient price.
The only thing that we didn't like is that you always need to use the elevator (we like taking the stairs), but that is a detail and highly personal.

Das war mein erstes Hotel in meiner fast 4-Wöchigen Reise nach Japan, und die Planke wurde gleich sehr hoch gesetzt! Die Lage war sehr ruhig, aber nah zur Station, das Personal sehr hilfsbereit (auch wenn manche nicht so gut englisch können). Das Frühstück war ebenso hervorragend! Im Zimmer hatte man alles, was man gebraucht hat. Die Waschmaschine hat ebenso gut funktioniert und war relativ günstig im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels.
Der Aufzug war sehr voll in der Früh und man konnte die Stiegen nicht benutzen.

The location was great. Super close to the train station. Very convenient to visit in and around Tokyo. Staff were also lovely.
The mattress was very uncomfortable, quite hard. The pillows were also uncomfortable, they felt like they were made out of sand. However, we slept fine given how exhausted we were.
Overall good value for money considering location.
