The views were simply stunning - twilight, sunset , and sunrise over the whole city with a glimpse of water.
location excellent - close to anything you could need
Quiet
Plenty of tea coffee hot chocolate and milk
Lots of toilettries in bathrooms
Would be hard to beat
Absolutely nothing we didn't like

The location is great in the city centre. Room is fully equipped with everything you need. Bed is very comfy
Air conditioning doesn’t extend to bedroom so this area is a lot hotter than the rest of the apartment.

Location was excellent, the suite we had worked well for 5 people with 2 double beds and a fold out couch.
One of the showers didn’t drain properly and we had a bit of trouble trying to work the air con to cool the rooms down.

Good location. Close to things. Room was a great size. Kitchen was well equipped.
Not being told I would need to pay a $600 deposit on top of the room already having been paid via a card.
And them having those details not sufficient.
Not having hot running water in the bathroom or kitchen.
And only lukewarm water in the shower.
Reception saying 24/7 but we found it u manned several times and the number left was unanswered.
When staff were at the counter they were inattentive.
We often walked past ignored. Even if we proffered greetings.
This is marketed as a 4star hotel, but certainly doesn't live up to that rating.

"Mitten im Herzen von Auckland gelegen und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Es gab 2 Balkone mit toller Aussicht und sogar eine Waschmaschine mit Waschmittel."
