Hotel Triglav

Gorgeous rooms, absolutely amazing views from the balcony! This was definitely the highlight! We tried out the pool which was nice aswell. The breakfast was also good.

The location was good but definitely abit of a walk to the lake, going down is not so bad but it’s a very big hill coming back up. I had read that there was a small car park so we arrived in bled a couple hours before check in time and there was a few spaces so I parked the car and went in to check it was okay I left my car there until we checked in. The staff member seemed abit funny about this at first and said that they had other guests who needed to park, from my perspective I have also paid for the hotel and normally when you stay at a hotel your are entitled to use the facilities for the whole day of your check in and check out, even if your room isn’t available yet. This made me feel abit awkward, and even though they said it was fine in the end, I felt like I had done something wrong. It’s also strange that you check in via your phone, so when we arrived at the check in time there was no one around to tell us anything about breakfast, amenities or anything, we just had to find our way to the room and try and hunt down information. We also saw there was a mini bar in the room, there was absolutely no information on menus, room service, hotel amenities or anything that we could find. Because of this we thought the mini bar must be included as we would have expected a price list otherwise. Unfortunately we were wrong and we had to pay for what we had used from the mini bar when we checked out…

Low ceilings (I am tall)

Friendly staff, nice room, unique decoration, delicious breakfast, free bicycles, free access to sauna and pool.

Bed was not very comfortable. Hotel location is on the opposite side of major activities and siteseeing place.

Die Aussicht auf den Bleder See ist unschlagbar. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut.

Unser Kühlschrank im Zimmer hat leider nicht funktioniert, was für unsere zu kühlenden Medikamene leider unbefriedigend war. Wir konnten sie dann an der Rezeption kühlen. Im ganzen Zimmer lagen Teppiche, die nicht sehr hygienisch wirkten. Auch der Kleiderbügel im Zimmer war am Holz etwas klebrig. Ich möchte dort keine Klamotten aufhängen. Das Wasser der Dusche war entweder kalt oder heiß. Es hat auch während des duschens selbständig die Temperatur geändert. Alles in allem ein zu hoher Preis für eine tolle Aussicht und ein gutes Frühstück und auch kein 4 Sterne Hotel, so wie wir das gewohnt sind.
