מאוד אהבתי את היחס של הצוות לאורחים, מאוד ידידותי, מאוד נכון לעזור. ארוחת הבוקר יחסית בסיסית למלון ברמה כזו, ללא ירקות בכלל, בחירה מוגבלת אבל בסה"כ מספקת. המלון עצמו יפהפה, החדרים נוחים וחדר האמבטיה גדול בהרבה מחדרים דומים. בסך הכל מלון מאוד נעים ויפה.

החדר היה קצת חשוך וללא תאורה פנימית מספקת. הניאגרה בשירותים זקוקה לטיפול.

Staff were lovely, especially food and bev staff - just delightful. Room larger than expected and loved that it was well kitted out.

Pool needed a clean and service was very slow. Breakfast was super expensive so gave it a miss. Also most of the facilities are 600 m away at their sister hotel.

Staff very friendly and liked the peaceful atmosphere

The gym was not great. The room by the pool would make a great gym space. Having a better gym with more modern equipment would definitely be a up sale for the hotel.

This jewel of a hotel not only has empowered and friendly ‘ can do’ staff, but they leave their sister hotel Fitzgerald bar staff at Belle Rive behind in terms of their interactions with guests.

The plumbing and lighting in the guest rooms were not up to scratch. But these inconveniences were superseded by the ambience, efficiency and friendliness of all the staff.

I loved the decor and the feel of the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The old style lift also added a lot of character.

Wonderful breakfast

I love the old fashioned charm of this hotel. The position is excellent, the food is good and staff are charming.

The lighting in the room could be improved. There were only lamps which made it quite dark. The chair was too low for the desk and it would have been good to have a mirror you could sit in front of while drying hair etc but these are minor points. I would have liked room service one night while my other half was at a work event but the menu was limited with mainly cold food on offer. I can’t understand why hot food can’t go upstairs as they only have five floors and were serving it in the restaurant a few floors below.
