Rooms rather small

It’s beautiful and lush.

The stay was too short.

Good air conditioning as was very hot.

Booking.com room rate higher than booking directly or as a walk-in. No hand basin in the lavatory- had to walk to separate bathroom to wash hands. No lift. Building doors are open so very hot everywhere except the room which had aircon.

Beautiful setting in the middle of Juan Les Pins Wonderful family run hotel in a stunning garden setting.

No Restaurant for lunch or dinner. Pool would have benefitted with a shower.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with exceptional hospitality by the girls at reception, who made us feel right at home. This hotel is a true gem that offers warm quiet, and a warm and inviting atmosphere, a well-appointed living space, and a fantastic location! quiet neighborhood yet only 10 minutes walk to all the restaurants and beaches. The flower and tree-filled garden and pool area are outstanding. The owner and all the staff are always ready to help with any request. The breakfasts in the beautiful garden were just perfect: in addition to omelettes, crapes prepared by friendly girls at your request, there were delicious pastries, juicy fruits, cheeses, yoghurts, freshly squeezed orange juice and much more. Also free coffee of any kind from professional coffee machines is available all day long. Highly recommend this cute hotel!

The room and bathroom were very large, clean and great view of the pretty garden. Breakfast in the garden was lovely.
