Our second stay at the hotel. Simple and functional rooms with well equipped cooking facilities. Good location, convenient parking in the courtyard. Nice balcony. Staff really always extraordinarily friendly.

This time we got a tiny room with very little space around the bed, miniscule bathroom with less than 0.5 square meter to stand.

The location is OK, the old town can be reached on foot. The room was clean, but the equipment needs refreshing. The apartment had all the necessary equipment (including a dishwasher). Kind staff. I treveled with car. The parking lot next to the hotel is quite small and needs to be reserved in advance. Despite the fact that I did not do this, the lady on arrival arranged for me to park - becouse the parking was full - at first step just for one night and after that for all period of my stay.

Due to the renovation of the road in front of the hotel, it was really difficult to find the hotel. Maybe they could put up a sign or tabel for Hotel. I'm sure that the hotel can not influence on second point - but I need to write that down. The Rossini restaurant is located nearby - according to google map, everything ended upon arrival at the location of the restaurant. At the restaurant, the staff "know nothing" about the hotel, even we find it then ourselves "by misstake" just across the street. In the evening we wanted to have dinner in Rossini - we were sure, that they realy not know nothing about the Hotel. We waited in restaurant for more than half an hour, no one even asked us what we wanted. After half an hour we left an stuff did not even greeted us.

Fraud- the room is nothing like in pictures, windows looking at the wall, hotel Manager first tried to convince us that we didn’t book that hotel, and then literally screaming because they put double bed instead of 2 single ones (we even asked them before arrival to confirm 2 single beds which they did), other staff was nice

Very nice and functional apartment, kitchen extraordinarily well equipped. Very friendly and helpful staff during booking and on site, this was outstanding. 10 minutes walk from Boulevard Anglais and Negresco Hotel area. We will certainly come back!

very very small apartment. not what it is sold as. beds were uncomfortable. We stayed for 7 nights and there is no cleaning. if you want extra towels you have to request it and pay 7euros. It is more like self catering than a hotel.

great location with easy access to the beach, metro and train lines. staff were friendly and looked after bags between checkout and us leaving for flights

shower leaked all over bathroom floor and air con stopped working the final night. asked for 1 extra toilet roll and was asked to pay €7 for a cleaning pack vs paying for the roll itself

- no clean service - no additional towels - no additional wc paper - no water in the unit - the reception close at 8 pm if you want more wc paper or water you have to buy it at supermarket! The room was very small and the furnitures were old.

No cleaning at all for 5 days, no toilette paper, no extra trash bags -at least. We knew they are not going to change the towels, but at least the strict necessities should be provided. Parking was reserved but not always available. Having trouble finding a parking spot in the evening/night.

The apartment on the last floor, has everything you need. The parking it is a bonus for Nisa, very easy to get at the location. The staff very nice.

For the price totally acceptable for a short stay! It's located pretty well and the staff is very polite and friendly.

The Walls are super thin, the bed is small, the room is tiny, and the fact that you have to wash and dry your dishes before leaving instead of leaving them in the dishwasher. Also, the room wasn't really tidy when we checked in which was unfortunate.

Terrific location - fairly easy for us to drive to with easy parking on premises, reasonable walking distance to the Promenade des Anglais, the Chagall museum, the old town, the Cours Saleya, and the market. The staff was excellent, gracious and helpful, educated and thoughtful, and knowledgeable about the city. The property was an efficiency unit that included a bedroom, a small though surprisingly well-stocked kitchen, and bath, and ours included a small terrace with room for two.

The unit was small for us, particularly the bath - but you can’t beat the location, the conveniences, the wonderful staff, and the value.

Good location

Despite the fact that I had reserved a space for the car, there was no parking space for us and we had to park our car in the nearby public car park (30 eur per day). Moreover, the room was very tiny - after unfolding the sofa there was no more space (people from bedroom had to walk over the couch to get to the toilet). Too expensive for the standard offered.
