Unexpectedly, had a friend join me for my stay in Nice and they were able to accommodate both of us. Just had to pay the extra City Tax. It was in a pleasant and quiet location, easily accessible to public transportation, including the main train station, although a bit of a walk, not problematic. A nice leisurely walk down to the Promenade des Anglais. Several grocery stores nearby which helped save on cost of eating out as able to prepare meals in the apartment. Kitchenette was well stocked with utensils, although a little light on cleaning supplies. Overall, it was pleasant.
I was surprised that the property expected you to dispose of your rubbish bins yourself before you departed. I can understand having to clean the kitchen and dishes but having to take your rubbish out to the commercial bins was a rather odd requirement. The dishwashing liquid provided was small and weak and certainly not enough for a 5 night stay. These are little things which didn't affect the overall stay but a little inconvenient at the time.

Location. Cleanliness. Good facilities.
Shower head did not fit the holder which meant I had to hold the nozzle to shower. Ended up using a hair elastic to attach it to wall
