Spent a week here with my 2 sons at the start or April which coincided with Ramadan and Eid. Whilst the hotel is perhaps not as modern as some of the others it is more than adequate and in a great location to explore JBR, Marina and to get to all the Malls etc.
We stayed in a Tower Room which was a good size – we had two twin and an extra bed and was more than enough room. You get complimentary bottles of water daily for all occupants.
Stayed Half Board and enjoyed the buffet breakfast and the evening Ramadan Buffett – both of which had plenty of options. We also ate at the underground pub and Pool and both were decent.
I used the gym daily and whilst some of the equipment is a bit tired you can certainly get a good workout in.
There is building work going on at the hotel but it didn’t really impact us at all.
The service is what really makes this hotel and one person stood out – Aayush around the pool was exceptional and nothing was too much for him. He was very diligent and would always be looking at enhancing your stay. I can’t recommend him highly enough.
Overall, I would recommend this hotel and would certainly stay again.
I had to ask 3 times on my first day for the additional bed to be placed in my room

I really enjoyed the club lounge.
The balcony views were great and breakfast and snacks during happy hour was incredible.

Extremely loud music from the neighborhood. So unbearable that I couldn’t relax at the beach and pool area. Location can be difficult iro traffic, most of the time heavy traffic jam due small roads.

perfect property for families with large pool, water slides and several restaurants and bars to enjoy in the evening all on site!
the only negative thing about our stay is the targeting of tourist being done in the lobby for a high pressure sales presentation for luxury living vacation club. they have men in the lobby offering you a free boat trip to attend an hour presentation. this turned out to be a 3 hour long very high pressure sales pitch and the free boat ride was just shocking! old wooden boat with a few crappy tables and inedible food. Do Not take this offer it is a total sham and I suspect a scam. I complained to the hotel management about this as they should not be allowing this to take place in their lobby. we felt deceived and wasted an entire afternoon of our holiday.

Recently spent 3 nights at Habtoor Grand Resort, Autograph Collection and everything was excellent from the moment we arrived. Having arrived early morning we were able to enjoy the facilities in the hotel including access to the pools and private beach and also access to the club lounge before our room was available for early check in at 11am.
All staff are a credit to the hotel for their commitment and friendliness but we would like to place on record our special thanks to Hossam, Matti, Ahmed and Larry in the club lounge for their none stop service. Also a mention to Badal, for his spotless housekeeping. Hope to be able to return again some time to this wonderful hotel.

The hotel, staff and amenities were incredible. The hotel is very well situated (just by the beach, right next to the JBR The Walk) and many tourist sights as well as shopping and restaurants are easily accessible on foot. The pool, gym, beach, childrens’ play area, etc were very clean, well-equipped and which made travelling with a small toddler very comfortable (very much to do for the kids - toddler pool with warm water, slides, play area, activities and events, etc). The staff were exceptionally professional, polite and cheerful (especially our housekeeper, Hashi). All in all a strong 9,8/10 for us (the only thing holding back the resort from a 10/10 rating was that the breakfast could have been just a little more diverse - not to get me wrong, the breakfast was absolutely great, but not quite a perfect 10/10).
The only and very very small downside was that the breakfast could have been just a little more diverse (i.e swap more things out from day to day, for example some other vegetables and any type of fresh fish would definitely add to the otherwise very good breakfast available at the resort). Again, the breakfast was very good, but not quite a perfect 10, more like a 9,6 by me.

Great Hotel, very friendly service from everyone. The attention to detail and the fact that you are treated as individuals makes you feel at home.
The breakfast team were also great and catered for my dietary needs. Also the management were great at providing us a room upgrade and thanks to the team from housekeeping making our room special for our anniversary..

The staff not well trained, after I have spent more than 5k dirhams, and while going out after I have checked out to be surprised by one of the employees calling me to pay 50dhs claimed that I have consumed some nuts...really it was very embarrassing situation for me to look like a thief running to avoid those 50dhs , specially I really don't know about that nuts....
Finally I paid them double amount (100dhs) to express some of my unsatisfactory for this bad situation

we stay there 6 nights.they had 2 night events,we couldn’t go there only for people outside, reception says for rich people, and the blogger)not for people staying in hotel,so was too busy,we couldn’t sleep,front door too many people coming and go,even we couldn’t collect our car,baby couldn’t sleep,was too noisy,we paid around £1600,it was quite expensive but that was my choice but they didn’t say when I was going to book there is few nights events,not happy at all,no more going there. waste the money,
when I book it has to be with the tax about 1400 but when I go there to pay, they charge me 1580 something pound ,
only front staff ,even not reception was good

The location of the hotel is amazing. The children absolutely loved the water slide. It is good that the beach is not busy in-front if the hotel like the rest of jbr. All of the food was delicious. Plenty of options and there was a Christmas market that was lovely. Gorgeous hotel grounds!
The noise in a night was insanely loud from the wedding on a Monday night I think it was the hotel next door but the following evenings the singer in the microphone it sounded terrible from the rooms . So if you want an early quiet night it’s not possible. The pool defiantly needs a revamp but they were working on refer bushing areas so I guess that’s going to happen at some point.

bathrooms are outdated, one elevator was out of service during all our stay, which created extra traffic. We are returning guests for many years and they should have some upgrade options for such people.

First time i stay in place that all the staff was helpful and friendly.
Nice design, very clean , good pool .
Dinner we had option to eat in usual place or to choose every evening one of the 5 restaurants on the site, big portions, tasty and fresh food and extraordinary service

Hotelanlage renoviert alles neu noch eine kleine Baustelle hat aber nicht gestört super Personal.
Hotelpersonal sehr entgegenkommend, grosse Zimmer und sehr sauber, schöner Pool und geheizt 29 Grad.
Ich hatte Clubzimmer gebucht kann ich nur jedem empfehlen morgens und abends kann man sich im 25 Stock an der Bar und ein kleines Buffet verwöhnen lassen.
Es war alles Ok schade dass die Baustelle in der Gartenanlage noch nicht abgeschlossen war man hat die Arbeiter aber nicht gesehen und gehört komme wieder und schau mir dann die fertige Anlage an.

Были накладки с уборкой номера, на момент пребывания вёлся косметический ремонт в районе спортзала. Два дня сильно пахло ацетоном. Не возможно было заниматься.

Extortionate prices of the mini bar with no knowing of prices . Arguing at the end over what I had had out of it also .
Receptionist staff. Knowingly knowing on the first day I was leaving on the Saturday , I booked until the Sunday but told me at the end I couldnt have it refunded .

In short everything. The staff were all so friendly and accommodating a special mention to Treasure on reception who was always available to help and looked after us.
Restaurants we used were excellent and we were very pleased with the quality of both pools and other facilities.
Shower in room lacked pressure and temperature consistency. Some areas looked tired but the hotel is actively addressing these. Nothing else that we didn't like.

The location was as described and shuttle service was efficent
The quality and selection of food at the buffet as everything all the time was cold even after complaining. The grand grill was not professional in conduct just laughing and joking quality of food varied from day to day had to complain most times.

Location was great, the breakfast was amazing with lots of selection and very limited waiting time for the live cooking stations. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was our anniversary during our stay - the front desk arranged for a beautiful set up in the room, including a banner, a cake and rose petals.
Room was gorgeous with amazing views of the marina.
The pool was quite dated, the photos on booking.com represented the pool differently. The beach quite a walk away and although there were golf buggy's to take you, it also didn't look like the pictures.
