The apartment was huge and beautifully decorated with an eclectic mix of quirky antiques and vintage items. The sink in the kitchen was made from a copper pan and the sink in the bathroom was a converted barrel... The location was great, very close to an excellent supermarket, within a short walking distance of many restaurants, and right next to the bus station. As we didn't have a car with us, we were able to travel to Florence, San Gimignano, Monteriggione etc easily, from a few steps outside the front door.
Nothing really, although would have been nice if the lift had stopped on our apartment's floor.

This is a lovely apartment, one of the oldest in Siena. Wonderfully updated, but still with period details, including the courtyard through which one enters. Original ceiling decoration. Convenient central location. Tastefully furnished. Friendly, helpful staff. Just lovely!
Nothing to improve - it was great!

Wonderful clean apartment in great location and amazing welcome from Michelle & Melissa. Felt like a home.
Quite noisy with traffic, road sweepers and voices from the street echoing through the streets.
