The staff really made us feel at home, they were all exceptionally kind and welcoming. The location was perfect as well.

The Hotel is so much nicer than photos show. It’s in an amazing location, just off the main shopping street and an easy 5 minute walk from the Funicular that brings you up from the port. Everything is really clean, maids come and tidy the room both in the morning and for turn down, and are always cleaning communal areas too. The pool is glorious and gets the sunshine all day.

Nothing. The only thing holding it back from more stars could be that it lacks some facilities like a gym , but really you don’t miss it.

The room was not ready on expected time, The lady in the reception was not that service minded, but the other staff very friendly and helpsome.

The hotel is quite nice and they have a nice breakfast, very good coffee and a great location

Communication of the staff/management, I made a request on booking.com(1month+ in advance) to have some rose petals placed on the bed on arrival and they said they will do their best to make it without any charge, which was really nice except they haven't done anything and they didn't even say that they couldn't do it so I know to organise something by myself. As I arrived with a boat in Capri I required transport from harbor to hotel and they informed me they got a welcome service where someone will pick me up and take me to hotel. It is true that I didn't inform them days in advance, but I left them a message at 6am that I will arrive at 5pm ish, personally I think this is plenty of time to organise transport, but again, they haven't even responded to my message and when I called them to ask for pick up, I have been told I need to take a taxi which was an additional 25 euros paid due to poor communication.

First of all absolutely beautiful hotel with great facilities such as nice pool and sunbeds and constant room cleaning throughout the day. The hotel managers are very helpful and attend to all needs. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay! Amazing experience! 5/5

Nice room and bathroom. Good location. We enjoyed the swimming pool.

The staffs were very attentive and kind. Roberto helped us get a private boat on our request even before our arrival. The room had a nice terrace and sun beds which we did not have time to use unfortunately. Definitely recommend this hotel!
